I can see what they mean by time distortion. After each nap I feel 'reset', as if I've slept for ages. As a result my 'day' timer is a little off, though that hardly matters unless you're living in some rural outback with no internet access. The naps are getting more refreshing though, hopefully that means I'm acclimatising to the schedule. Today is Sunday the 7th of August, Day 3.
